The breakfast with an abundance of delicious food, food included burgers plus the egg station was solid and amazing for what you got. Marvellous and prime location - a short way from everywhere we needed.
There was no food which we expected.

I liked staying in a room with AC, a complimentary bottle of fizz, and video games, and the location is perfect being close to the shore to see sea life.

beach looks like a special pool for snorkeling, food always hot and cleaning of the excellent room, animation very well.
The snack serves for a very short time poorly prepared drinks do not taste good, the hot beer, the towels in the pool smell bad, the elevator decomposed in building 5, the food of the international buffet is not so good, the beach is not as beautiful as they are among a mangrove that we touched zargazo was very difficult to enter the beach.

The different daily buffet and cleaning
Walks so long to the rooms that they had more carts.

I really liked the close contact with nature and wild animals.
The most senior employers are not cordial enough to take care of. . . The timetables of the meal sites are very strict, at 22 hs they are all closed and there is no option... Too many people housed in relation to the facilities, you have to queue up with big delays for everything. . The poorly kept beach with the sargasso, accumulate on the coast generating a nauseating smell that invades all facilities.

Very nice hotel. I never eat that good in an all inclusive resort. The food in the seafood restaurant was excellent. I spent the new year eve there it was amazing, we had a four course dinner with a show and than another show and than a dancing party on the beach with fire works. I never saw the buffets closed, you can eat and drink at any time you want.
The resort is very big, you have to walk a lot or wait for the cars to take you. I was there on Dec 31 and Jan 1st, the weather was a little bit windy speacialy on the beach, it was still nice to stay on the beach but not to swim.

The service was really really good kind and caring staff, the hotel is very beautiful and calm, good food, quiet and beautiful beach especially in the part of the VIP. The hotel's facilities are good. Overall a quiet vacation luxurious dream
The hotel is very large, beautiful and fun to walk the trails, but sometimes it's a bit disturbing especially when you need a little something like an Internet connection for a moment, I would recommend the hotel to increase the frequency of the golf car transport and install WI-FI in the rooms for the convenience of guests. Beyond that I did not like the experience of salespeople I sell hotel vacation packages. The way this was done was not reliable. the food in the extra 5 specific resturants us less good then the buffet
