The staff were friendly and attentive during our stay.
Our experience was disappointing from the start. The room was not ready upon our arrival, forcing us to wait longer than expected. Once we finally settled in, we encountered a major issue with the balcony door that left my husband stuck outside for over two hours. Despite multiple calls to the front desk for assistance, it took an agonizingly long time for someone to help, and the supervisor's response was rude and dismissive.

This was just a nice choice for a momentary pause in Playa del Carmen with a great value-to-price ratio. The food was excellent, especially the variety at the buffet that made me look forward to every meal. Just be prepared for long waits during organized trips since pickups can take a while.

Not suitable for families
Had a shower malfunction on the first day and it was fixed right away, the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. The food was decent at the specialty restaurants, especially loved the Italian dish that was rich and flavorful.
It wasn’t exactly economical, considering all the issues we faced.

Mixed bag experience
The staff was amazing, super friendly and helpful! The beach was a no-go due to all the seaweed though. Our room had a funky smell, and getting a shuttle was a hassle. Food was hit or miss, but the restaurant had some decent nights. Overall, it felt a bit tired.

The Deluxe Garden View room was spacious and comfortable. The cleaning staff did a great job keeping everything tidy. However, the walls were super thin, so we could hear everything going on in the hallway. The shower was nice but never really hot, just warm enough. The fridge was stocked daily, which was a plus. Definitely enjoyed the stay overall despite those little quirks.

The pools are lovely, and the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. Breakfast at the buffet featured home-grown organic fruits, which were a highlight. Unfortunately, the beach was disappointing, with dark murky water and a lot of seaweed. The food quality was low, leading to several guests, including my partner, experiencing sickness. The room we stayed in had an overpowering sewage smell, especially in block 7, which impacted our overall experience.

I recently stayed at this resort and had a fantastic experience! The food was surprisingly good, especially at the Italian restaurant where I couldn't get enough of the delicious ravioli. The beautifully maintained pools offered a perfect spot to relax, and the service was genuinely warm and attentive. one bartender even crafted custom drinks just for us. Overall, I would return in a heartbeat, but be aware that the beach was not as stunning as the photos suggested, with some seaweed.
